How to Lose Weight

Vic Tan explains how to lose weight quickly and effectively.

Now and then, we all struggle with losing extra weight. Not being able to lose the fat on your belly or thighs even after an extensive diet and exercise regime can be a massive blow to your motivation. In such cases, there is no shame in taking help from fast burn extreme fat reducing pills.

Effective Ways of Reducing Weight

Weight-loss journeys are often long and tiring, but the result is always fruitful. However, not everyone’s journey is the same; hence cannot be compared. You can try several methods but saying no to food is the most challenging task.

Moreover, following fad diets only produces a short-term result having a yo-yo effect leading to extra weight gain after returning to a regular diet.

Here are some ways you can drop the dead-weight of stubborn fat without compromising on the food you eat.

Never Skip your Breakfast

Although calorie deficit is the go-to way for weight loss, it doesn’t call for skipping breakfast. The first meal of the day is the most important; it gets your metabolism working and provides you with much-needed fuel for your workout.

Moreover, even having a small portion of food for breakfast will prevent you from binge-eating during lunchtime.

Say No to Food Past 9

Get into the habit of not over-eating at night. Most people ruin their weight loss journey by snacking excessively at night time. Although it is not practical to lock your kitchen past nine, you can brush your teeth well before bed-time to prevent snacking.

Alternatively, you can begin to get in the habit of sleeping early. It is said that sleeping helps with weight loss as our metabolism is faster when we sleep.

Increase your Intake of Fruits and Vegetables

If you want to lose weight without gaining muscles, an excellent method is to increase the uptake of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fruits are a natural source of sugar which will help your cravings for junk food like cookies.

More importantly, fruits are low in calories; hence you can eat more than you would with a protein-based diet.

Try Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting, IF for short, is a dieting method where you eat during a specific eating window and inhibit intake outside the window. There are several eating windows you can choose from. The first and easiest being alternative day fasting, where you fast one day and normally eat the other.

You can also opt for the 5:2 diets or 16:8 methods of IF. In the 5:2 dieting method, you fast for 2 days and eat as you usually would on the remaining 5 days. In the 16:8 dieting method, you have an eating window of 8 hours and fasting for the remaining 16 hours. This produces a calorie deficit promoting weight loss.
